Based on Vancouver Island, MG Bach serves organizations across BC. We specialize in serving community-based and community-serving organizations, including non-profit societies and Indigenous communities and organizations. We bring extensive experience and professionalism, and customize our support to your individual needs.
We support your organization's ability to fulfil its mission and mandate within available resources, and to also build capacity that is aligned with its mission and mandate. This often involves working with the governing body, whether it be a Board of Directors, municipal council, or an informal community coalition, but it also involves working with the executive management of the organization, and as needed, other staff.
Although we have many years of experience working with community organizations and government at all levels, and have a variety of approaches that can be used, we do not come into the organization with a standard model. We first learn about the organization and then design the work to meet their real needs.
